There is no doubt that a properly planned social media strategy can transform a business in a relatively short period of time.  We see that happening everyday.  What we sometimes fail to realize – or maybe we just forget it – is that success at just about anything – including social media – can take some time and requires consistent work.

Steep drop in newspaper ad revenues!

In 2008, newspaper advertising revenues declined by 17.7%, according to the Newspaper Association of America. Meanwhile, average daily circulation at 379 newspapers fell 10.6% from April through September 2009, compared to the same period a year ago, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
