I was just on a LinkedIn Discussion (another great way to demonstrate you are an expert in your niche) and the conversation turned to how to you get people on a nationwide basis to be your fans and advocates? After all, we have heard about social media success stories like Zappos making a great name for themselves through their efforts with social media.

In a recent survey done by the Pew Research Center found that 65% of ALL U.S. adults now use social networking sites.  This is a surge of 61% from  the previous year.
