 * things that are not subjective and can actually be measured.  Your before and after examples are perfect examples.  You don&#039;t want to have a feeling you are getting better. You want to know!
  * You have to measure like they vote in Chicago...early and often.  There is a point of doing it too often, but monthly is perfect.  It allows you to make adjustments along the way.

Of course, if you don&#039;t have a goal of knowing where you want to get to, then the above don&#039;t mean much.
