At Social Media Dudes, both Dennis and I try to walk our talk.  Together and separately, Dennis and I work on our personal and business identities. We are active on sites like LinkedIn (you should see some of the discussions he has started), Twitter (we have multiple accounts that we are continually building on), Facebook (both with multiple Fan/Group pages, networked blogs, etc), MySpace (despite its’ reputation, Dennis continually cultivates work as a result of the presence he has created).  That is not even counting the blogs we maintain.
