About a week ago we launched the redesign of our site!
We’re super excited about it for a couple of reasons:
- Easier to read – Although we liked the white on black format of the last design, we were getting comments and emails that it was tough to read. We listened!
- New Interface and features – We have added a bunch of things to the blog that we want to use to engage with you and also to provide you with things we think you will benefit from. For instance, we have partnered with Poll Daddy to add new polls regularly to let us know what you are thinking. And we have also added the ability to subscribe to our email newsletter. Do take advantage of that to get tips and insights regularly as well as get Subscriber Only Discounts that we are able to negotiate with some of our friends and colleagues.
- It is designed by the Social Media Dudes! Really, it was designed by Dennis who I think did an awesome job! Yea, I know there are lots of themes out there for free. But this is social media dude! Do you want to look like everyone else or do you want to stand on your own? You see our choice!
We will constantly be iterating on it, making improvements and adding new things, so we strive for your input.
Can you take a moment to poke around and let us know what you think! Since its a completely fresh redesign, there could be some minor bugs, so if you notice anything that looks weird or doesn’t work please let us know! Thanks!
BTW – for those of you that are interested, Dennis did the re-design using Aristeer. Very cool software that takes the mystery out of creating a custom theme for your site!
